1. Local business records
Client names, contact details, notes, orders, appointments, amounts and selected images support your photography workflow. The business database and images are stored on the device. The app has no developer account or developer-operated cloud business storage, and does not automatically upload clients, orders or attachments to a server we operate.
2. Location, maps and weather use the network
Weather uses Apple WeatherKit. Location permission supplies a forecast location; a place you select can also be used for weather requests. Coordinates are sent to Apple to obtain forecasts. Place-name lookup and map display may also request Apple services. These functions are not entirely offline: Apple may receive the place, source network address and technical information needed for requests, under Apple's privacy policy.
You can revoke location permission in system Settings. Client and order management do not require it. Weather forecasts on screen do not mean this website continuously tracks your movements.
3. Images and text recognition
The system photo picker supplies images you choose for client or order attachments. Text recognition uses Apple Vision on the device; verify its output. If a camera or save-photo action requests system permission, you decide whether to allow it. Denial affects the related action, not existing text records.
4. Other services and support
The app does not integrate advertising trackers, third-party analytics or social-login SDKs. Apple's weather, maps, system backups, App Store and diagnostics follow their own policies and your system settings. When you choose to share content, the chosen recipient or service handles its copy.
If you email sherardchina@gmail.com, we receive your address and voluntarily supplied information to handle the request. Do not send unauthorized client information, contracts or an entire order database.
5. Retention, deletion and security
Local records remain for management functions until you delete them through the app or system. Check linked attachments when deleting. Uninstalling usually removes the app container, but not system backups, originals in Photos or exported copies. We do not hold your local database and cannot remotely recover or delete it.
Protect records with your device lock and system updates. You may request deletion of support correspondence we control, except records that must be retained by law. Avoid sending client-sensitive information to unrelated recipients.
6. Previous notice and changes
This notice replaces the generic generator text previously reproduced on this website, removing inapplicable account, social-login and broad usage-data clauses. The store configuration may still link to the historical notice; a website update does not change App Store configuration. The store's “Data Not Collected” label does not mean weather and maps never make network requests.
The app is not a children's sharing community. Guardians should guide minors in handling personal and client data. Changes to data handling will be reflected here, with notice and authorization where applicable. Use the email above for privacy and support requests.
